I ordered the food in zomato app by 12 am today but it was delivered just now they are saying they don't have delivery persons. If the delivery persons not available they have inform the customer or to the customer care service. But they didn't do that. I spoke to the delivery guy he said just now the order assigned to me sir and I asked him to call his manager, he dialled and gave to me the manager response was not good they said there is no delivery persons available and the stocks arrived that's why they didn't informed to us. Worst customer service from dominos and the worst response from the Manager. The food was not hot it was so cold I said to the manager but the manager didn't say anything about that very very worst food and worst service.

The kids at home were craving pizza, so I ordered from Domino’s at 30th Nov10:13 pm. The app showed that the order would be delivered within 30 minutes. I waited for an hour, but I didn’t get any call, and the app kept showing that only 9 minutes were left for delivery. I eventually fell asleep without receiving the order. Finally, at 11:50 pm, the delivery person called. I asked why they were calling after such a long delay, and they asked if I wanted to cancel the order. Since it was so late and the order hadn’t arrived on time, I told them to cancel it. Order number - 288. Worst experience 🤦♂️
