Not even 1 * for their service. Had been waiting patiently to give this review. The store Manager is extremely money minded! 1. They open orders when they have issues. I had faced few times issues like delivery partner wouldn't have reported for job would require an additional 30 minutes from the mentioned delivery time to even start preparing the order- yet they would open orders. 2. Today oven was not working they needed additional 45 minutes. Oven issue is extremely understandable - then why have they opened online orders? After a good 15 minutes waiting I got to know about the issue. Extremely money minded - if they don't have an oven running they don't have a pizza to give to their customers - then by opening orders, they are literally cheating the customers! 3. During rainy season I got an absolutely drenched pizza - and asked me to get a refund, without even providing a store number. I appreciate the delivery person - but be it the store principle not to use plastics - can't they provide some other non drenching alternative for the customers to get our pizza safely?! I'm asking the store manager don't you have the some kindness in you? People who order with your store would be waiting in hunger and you know your oven is out of service can't be repaired within 10-15 minutes, yet you open orders? it's really important for many customers to eat on time. In this scenario you being selfish and opening the orders instead of being HUMANITARIAN ENOUGH and close the oven related items until you are ready for servicing?! Is this what the Global chain of restaurant DOMINO'S train you? TAKE ORDERS WHATEVER MAY BE THE CASE, DON'T BOTHER ABOUT OTHERS HUNGER AND TIME?! I got the refund but the waiting time after placing an order is an absolute waste of time! Not only these 3 incidents many a times. But these 3 are highly crucial. If it rains get a Reusable plastic delivery bag - which can be used many many times - for delivery and it ensures that pizza is delivered safely! I highly doubt whether your ingredients from flour to sauce none of them use plastic storage anywhere?! Cheese?! Won't they come wrapped in single use plastic?! I'm sure you would be using reusable plastics or Eco friendly items in your store - when it comes to customer orders why this negligence?! If you don't have delivery person to deliver or any store related issue close your online orders for sometime, you won't end up losing many orders. Now I had completely lost trust in this branch and going forward I won't place orders from this branch. Not only as a buyer but as a share holder of Jubilant foods - I'm extremely concerned that these kind of extreme care situation is taken for granted - which reflects in your order - which reflects in your share value! Domino's is not a new business by experience they should know how to run a business!

Dominos , if you do not have capacity to deliver , please do not take orders to deliver , increase your capacity or stop online order deliveries .As a large pizza franchise the way it works not going to satisfy your customers

Worst experience ever . Look at the condition of pizza that was delivered and there is no way to contact the branch directly.
