I had an event at IIT Madras where I needed to serve around 100 people, so I decided to order pizzas from Domino’s at Phoenix Mall. I had to get 16 pizzas (96 slices) ready within just 45 minutes quite a challenge! One of the staff members, Ms. Yokini, was incredibly helpful from the start. She patiently guided me on the best pizza choices since it was my first time ordering for such a large group. She assured me that they’d deliver everything on time, and true to her word, all 16 pizzas were freshly baked and ready right on schedule even with the evening rush at the food court. Everyone at the event absolutely loved the pizzas! The flavors were perfect and still hot when served. What really touched me was that Ms. Yokini went the extra mile — she even helped me carry half the boxes all the way to the main entrance on the ground floor when I couldn’t manage them alone. Thank you, Domino’s, and a special thanks to Yokini for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You made the entire experience smooth and memorable! 🙏🍕
