worst ever experience. Not even having thought to go again to that place. And those staffs are really thinking like they are the king of DOMINOS. and Domins manager and store manager what the hell are u guys doing over there without addressing the issues. For what purpose you guys are having landline number . Even custopmer cars is worst. If we raise a complaint no action taken against Dominos Nazarathpet outlet. May be some DON is running this i guess. Hence DOMINOS is getting afraid.

I ordered pizzas, but they were delivered after 1.5 hours. How can anyone expect the food to taste good after such a long delay? Domino’s claims that if delivery is not made within 30 minutes, they will give 200 but the delivery person intentionally marked the order as delivered within 19 minutes, just to cover up the delay and make it appear as though it was completed within 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. A top pizza company should not play such tricks with customers. If you cannot deliver properly, you should close the store, because even small local pizza shops provide better service than Domino’s. I also tried to reach customer care, but there was no response. It seems they make it difficult for customers to contact them about issues. How are we supposed to file complaints in such cases? When the pizza finally arrived, it was hard, cold, and tasteless. After I managed to reach customer care, they simply created a support ticket and said they would respond within 24 hours. This is ridiculous why can’t they provide a solution immediately when the issue happens? Domino’s service is garbage. Don’t buy from such a store you’ll get better food and service from any local pizza shop. I should give 0 star but the option is not available.

The service was substandard. They don't have oregano shakers also per table. Just one is rolling over all tables. The staff don't respond properly. My rating for service is ZERO. The outlet don't even have a water can. We have to buy water! Worst ever service. Will never recommend any! They don't have delivery to my area - 600124- kuthambakkam.
