Repeated bad experience with Domino’s Royapuram. I ordered a Burger Pizza on October 2, but received a Taco instead — it was not even warm and tasted very bad. When I called the branch manager, he asked me to keep the wrong item and said he would send the correct Burger Pizza. However, the replacement order never arrived. Later, I requested a refund, and the manager agreed. I also raised a complaint through the Domino’s Virtual Assistant, and received a call after a few days — but I still haven’t received my refund even after several follow-ups. This is not the first time. Around four months ago, I had a similar issue from the same Royapuram branch — the wrong item was delivered that time as well. Extremely disappointed with both the service and customer response. Please be careful when ordering from this branch.

The atmosphere and cleanliness here are extremely poor. The ACs were not working, making it very suffocating inside. They do not accept cards — only cash and GPay, which is very inconvenient. For the amount you charge, the least expectation is a clean and comfortable place, but this outlet fails badly. Very disappointing experience!

Staffs are like why are you guys coming and ordering here , no proper furniture, no fan or ac is working untidy place ....i would have give zero star for the staffs if it's thers...very disappointed

Ordered veg and non veg pizza, through Zomato veg pizza it's good and in non veg pizza the chicken have date-over smelled
