I just placed an order at Perambur branch frm Swiggy but they r taking more than 40 mins to deliver the pizza and not at all picking up customer calls.Very bad service

This is one of the fraud store. I have ordered two items Pepper Barbecue Chicken Pizza and Tandoori Loaded Chicken Taco on 1st December 2025. But I have received only one item Pepper Barbecue Chicken Pizza. The rider told to me that Tandoori Loaded Chicken Taco is out of stock. You will get a refund for that. But I haven't yet get any communication via msg or call from the store. I have received a message that your order is delivered. I have immediately contacted the store person and informed him, he said the rider is currently out for delivery once he reach the store. I will check with him and initiate the refund for that one item. But after that I haven't yet got any update from the store person. I am wondering what kind of cheating service from such a big brand.

Ate cheese burst medium Pizza couple of times in this branch with very small quantity of cheese. At the second time order even told them to rectify this cheese problem faced at the first time, but still they provided with the very low quantity of cheese. Felt cheated for the price paid. Avoid this dominos branch.

I ordered a Pepper Barbeque Chicken pizza today and a Margherita Cheese Burst.I am extremely disappointed and annoyed(because of the pepper barbeque chicken pizza), and at least the other one tasted eatable — but this Pepper Barbeque Chicken pizza was a complete disaster. The edges were so dry and hard that they literally crumbled when I touched them. It felt like I was eating old, over-baked bread. The BBQ sauce tasted weirdly tangy, almost like imli, and nothing like the usual Domino’s flavour. What makes it worse is that I had so many other options to choose from, yet I trusted this pizza — and THIS is what I got?!!!! we ordered this because we were hungry and wanted to enjoy our meal, not sit and force ourselves to eat something that tasted completely wrong. Ordering food should not feel like punishment.To make it even worse, the after-effects were uncomfortable — the sauce caused a noticeable gastric irritation, which is the last thing I expected from a simple pizza. A meal is supposed to satisfy us, not leave us feeling uneasy. This is honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received, and it’s completely unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. And looking at the review section, it’s very clear this is not a one-time mistake this seems to be happening every single day to at least one customer. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The one star is only to post this review, because the post option doesn'twork without selecting a star
