Worst service that I have ever experienced.. I made online order (PAID) . Not delivered. They just stole my money. Is this how Domino's pizza service???? Not even bothered to pay me back or attempting to deliver again. There is no response/info either from the outlet or the delivery person. I talked with the branch manager who told me that I could get my money back.. But when???????? The ads and promotions are just to make us all fools.

We have had Dominos pizza at the outlet opposite CitiCenter. It used to be reasonably ok. Yesterday (13Jul20), we placed an online order with Dominos to celebrate our boy's 12th CBSE results. The outlet selected automatically was this one in KB Dasan road. The pizza was nothing like what we tasted at the other outlet, and far from the taste quality of PizzaHut which we also ate a week back. Totally disappointed with Dominos. Also, their cheese doesn't seem really like authentic mozzarella. They appear to be using some form of processed cheese spread... you know, the soft pasty kind (actually even the outlet opposite CitiCenter seems to be using a similar non-mozzarella cheese). Their cheese does not form those sticky strands when you pull. Not satisfied at all!!!!!!
