Unethical and irresponsible way of response by the manager of dominos as well the delivery person.. the delivery person literally illiterated as well when enquired about it to the manager he had the audacity to raise voice against us inspite of having issue with them. I request people not to visit or order from dominos pizza vadapalani forum mall. The managers name is AJITH. who had no respect towards customers. Worst ever service and response

Very bad service. I ordered a cheese burst regular veg extravaganza today at 2.43 from swiggy platform and received my order at 4.30 that too completely stale and without cheese burst. Neither swiggy has any clue about my order. Nor the dominos is taking any responsibility. Secondly one humble request to the owner that please change your contact details of the outlet in swiggy playform as it shows out of service and customer gets clueless about his order

Service is so poor that it takes more than an half hour for the pizza to arrive. Not to mention that it takes almost another half-hour for people to take the order since there is no one standing at the counter.

Literally the worst place to order from. Waited 2 hours after ordering using their app and the food never came and they made me chase them around a day to get a refund. Do not order online from this branch or this better to avoid the entire chain as the food is mid anyway

30 minutes guaranteed delivery is totally fake.. these guys come after 1- 1.5 hours later and claims that they came fast.. very very poor service.. worst service ive ever seen
