First if all, the tables won't be cleaned after every meal and the air conditioning wasn't working. In regards with the food, we had ordered paneer tikka garlic bread but instead, we were given chicken. When we complained it, they're excuse was "there were many garlic breads, your order was delivered based on confusion as there were many orders". This shows the lack of responsibility and extreme lethargicness and they're highly careless on what they're providing the customers. They blamed it on a trainee who apparently joined 2 days back. If the trainee made a mistake, it shows the quality of the training provided by the branch. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to go and eat in this particular branch.
