Dogs and cats are running inside and outside the store... Waited 2 hours for 1 pizza... That too over cooked and burnt, customer service was very poor... All staffs are speaking foul language and playing inside the store.... Dominos better shut this outlet to maintain or change entire staff and renovate the store.... Maintain ur standards.... Coustomer are not fools

I ordered a paneer pizza and the crust of the bread was soo much dry waste of money and time after 1 hours I got the pizza 🍕 .the worst service ever honestly. The employees of the triplicane branch did not even answer the call , actually they just tool the telephone out of the box so it was constantly showing busy busy busy busy .our delivery was late more than 1hr 20minz . Them not answering the call was the worst experience and the app needs more updates, coz there was no option to cancel the order also and the help option is bullshit , it would be better if a real-time person responds rather than virtual responder ! Kindly dominoz look into this . You say 30min guarantee delivery and u people don't even respond! It would be better if u refund the money which u promise to give us on late delivery.
