Very disappointing experience with Domino’s (GST Road / Urapakkam branch). Decided not to give single order hereafter Dominos Urappakam Branch. Not even going to recommend. I ordered pizzas at 7:27 PM on Sunday to surprise my child during family time. Unfortunately, the order was marked as delivered on Swiggy, but I never received it. I spent over 24 minutes speaking with Domino’s customer care, and they were unable to even contact this branch. I waited nearly 2 hours, wasting valuable family time and completely ruining the planned surprise. Eventually, I had to cancel the order myself. This is not just a delay — it is a serious service failure and false delivery confirmation. If a store cannot manage orders or even respond to customer care, they should not be accepting orders at all. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Advice to everyone: Don’t waste your money and time here — you may end up sleeping without dinner.
