Worst Dominos outlet everseen. Ordered online, delivery person reached nearby and was not moving for more than an hour, when contacted someone else picked and mentioned his ID is being used by someone else, to our shock when delivery person reached our place, the whole items was without any cover or seal anywhere. Not sure what he did with the food for an hour. Both us and delivery platform tried reaching this branch but no one was picking the phone. Felt unsafe, fishy and whole food has to be discarded to garbage. Spooky, suspicious, hazardous, unethical, dangerous as of now to take food here. Hope management looks into this and have right people, on priority before anything unforeseen happens.

I have had Domino’s in multiple states (Delhi, Jammu, UP, Banglore, Pondicherry & etc) and generally experienced timely service, which the brand is known for. However, my recent experience with this particular location has been extremely disappointing. The delivery was delayed, and the order was incorrect. When we initially requested a refund, it was denied, though they later agreed to process it. The entire situation caused unnecessary stress and felt mentally exhausting, especially after a long, demanding week. We had hoped to enjoy a relaxing meal, but instead, this experience was frustrating and disheartening. It’s unfortunate that the poor service at this location is tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise reliable brand.

I had the worst pizza experience of my life. I ordered the Big Bin 6-in-1 pizza from the Domino’s franchise in Urapakkam, and what I received was nowhere close to what ₹1000 should buy. I gave a rating before even opening the pizza box—only because the delivery agent politely insisted. But after tasting the food, I realized it didn’t even deserve two stars. The quality was so poor that I deeply regret submitting that rating prematurely. Overall, it’s frustrating to spend a considerable amount only to end up with a meal that isn’t even edible. Domino’s really needs to ensure better consistency across outlets, especially when charging premium rates for so-called signature offerings.
