Worst service by Domino’s Urapakkam Branch - order placed but no response on status for 1.45 hrs almost. This is worst service they could ever do. And moreover the app shows on time delivery- Brand manager did not pick call - Worst customer assistance app - Poor customer service over all.

This is the worst branch of Dominos.. They treat customer like trash.. the delivery person updates as delivered in the app and when i called him he says he is at the store. I spoke to the manager and he also gives lame excuses for doing so and confirmed to deliver the order HOT.. what is happening? Later the delivery person comes to by door step with a cold pizza and when i was asking him why it is cold, he took it back and showed attitude.. is this how you actually treat your customer?? Worst experience ever.. and this is not the first time with this branch which is why im writing this review..
