Under staffed. Gave wrong topping for a pizza. Tastes stale. They should close this outlet

We placed our order and waited for over 30 minutes to dine in. During that time, 2–3 customers came in, collected their takeaway orders, and left—while we were still waiting. The person taking orders was extremely rude and lethargic. After more than half an hour, I asked about our order, only to be told it had already been prepared and was lying in a corner of the kitchen—half cold. No one bothered to call out when it was ready, even though we were the only customers in the outlet at the time. There was no crowd or rush to justify such negligence. The staff were slow and indifferent, and the overall customer service was pathetic. I will not recommend this Domino's outlet to anyone.

One of the worst service in chennai(Urappakkam branch).there is no proper response from the shop.(wrong contact no is given in website) kindly try some other branch or shop (Pizza Hut)
