They are trying to fool the customers, what ever the customer ask the billing person first says no or not available and after placing the order the quality of the food was too low. I think they were not trained well. The boneless fried chicken was not cooked well the outer layer was not crispy and we felt bad ordering over there. Pizza base was also not good doesn't seems to be fresh. Kindly train your staffs on billing, how to cook and the customer service. Everything needs to be trained orelse you will lose your customer base in VR mall. Visited this outlet couple of times but the last visit was worst.

They are doing complete scam here. I repeatedly asked if they had 5 course meals or lunch feasts but he said that it was discontinued. I went online, checked in the official website, and then opened in the food delivery apps. Guess what. They WERE selling the 5 course meals. Such fraudsters should not be entertained. The screenshots are more than enough to explain what I'm telling. The photo of the fraud is also given.

The staff were friendly, and the wait time can be a bit long during busy hours. The location might be confusing based on Google Maps and websites — it’s actually on the top floor in the food court.

the place was understaffed and still they were taking orders. They took a lot of time to deliver food and the quality of food was not like dominos. worst experience in dominos
