Fraud store. This should be closed immediately and police action should be taken. It's better to throw ur money rather than giving order to this store

Subject: Absolutely Terrible Experience - Made me cancel my Order To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent order, and the appalling service I received both from your delivery person and the store manager I spoke with. Firstly, the delivery was significantly delayed. The delivery person said that it would take hardly 10 mins for him to deliver but he never came. This delay meant my pizza was lukewarm and frankly unappetizing Secondly, the delivery person was incredibly unprofessional.His demeanor left a very negative impression. To make matters worse, when I called the store to express my concerns about the late and cold pizza, I was met with utter rudeness by the store manager. When I explained the situation, the manager was dismissive. Their attitude was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a shocking lack of customer service. As a result of this terrible experience unbelievably rude behavior from both the delivery person and the store manager – I am extremely disappointed, I expect a much higher standard of service, and this experience has made me seriously reconsider ordering from your establishment again

I have ordered a large pizza. Haven't got any responses for one hour. Very poor service, Not answering calls, they are taking more than 1.5 hour to deliver, irresponsible.
