very very poor service..more than 1 hr they stil havenot processed one regular pizza and a garlic bread simple order. they dont have telephone line, the customer service person is also not able to reach them. what is the point of 30 minute delivery challenge? this is not the first time. it happens everytime and i had to go to store and get it. pathetic service... this is the last time i order from them and will never do it again. the complaints to guest relations also doesnt help.

What they advertise and what you get. This is Corn and Cheese Pizza Paratha from Dominos RAPuram. Owner claims product was made correctly and it is not supposed to have any cheese filling inside!!

We placed an order through the Domino’s app and the estimated delivery time shown to us was 30 minutes with a “guaranteed delivery” promise. If such a guarantee is given, it should be honored. However, we received our order after 45 minutes, despite the outlet being only 1.3 kms away. Moreover, the food that arrived was extremely cold. This was disappointing, especially from a brand that consistently advertises quick and reliable service. Domino’s should ensure that the quality and delivery commitments made to customers are actually met.
