Manager here thinks he owns the parking lot here asked us to wait till the customers finish eating and then only park there was ample space for parking and he prioritized their delivery bikes over the customers vehicle completely poor customer service and waste attitude from the manager , too bad

We waited for 15 mts to place the order the only lady who was supposed to take orders was busy making pizzas for online order . There was 2 more male staff when i asked them if there is nobody to take orders he said they r delivery boys only the lady can take orders . When we raised our voice she was also shouting saying her priority is online delivery and she has to finish that . If we want we can order online . Didnt know dominos has multi talented staff who will take orders and make the order and deliver . The lady was making pizza with bare hands . No gloves was used. No ID cards displaced . when asked her name she said she doesnt have to tell us . When asked for store manager she said she cant tell . If dominos is interested only in online orders why open a store . We went to the store at 1135 AM and there was 3 customers other than us all of them waiting to order . Sorry to say an international chain has un professional staff like this . The lady told us to go ahead and complain . She doesnt care about the consequences because her boss knows they r less staff

NB- I deleted a five star rating posted 8 years back, it was a new store then. - Sunday evening, store was moderately busy and taking order took much time than expected. - the whole store has just one functioning AC, rest of it is not working. After some 15 mins of placing the order, because of warmer conditions we found it better to change it to a take away option than to dine there. - Everybody seems to be busy though the orders were relatively taking more time. Probably because of too many home delivery orders. - cleanliness could be evidently felt. - pizzas were good and opting for a take away or a home delivery would be a better choice than dining there.
