Today night around 10 PM, I went to Domino’s Edapally. I was very disappointed with the service and hygiene there. The staff were not responsible at all—some were sitting in the back room, some were walking in the kitchen without hair caps. Only 3 staff were working (I think one of them was the manager). Even though they clearly saw me standing at the counter, no one came to take my order. The dine-in area was also not properly cleaned. Is this how an MNC company is supposed to operate? It felt more like some low-class local shop rather than an international brand.
