I recently ordered a pizza via Swiggy from Domino’s and had a terrible experience. I placed the order at 8:37 PM. When I called the assigned delivery person, he told me his shift was over and that my number had been mistakenly assigned to him. He advised me to call the restaurant instead. When I contacted the restaurant, someone answered and told me the delivery person was already on the way, and to wait a few more minutes. I waited another 30 minutes, but nothing happened. I called back and asked them to cancel the order, but they insisted the delivery person had already arrived at my location—again, not true. After waiting another 15 minutes (by now nearly two hours had passed), the delivery guy finally showed up. I told him if the pizza was cold, I wouldn’t accept it and would prefer a refund. They refused a direct refund and instead offered to credit the amount to my Domino’s wallet. I told them I didn’t want wallet money—I wanted a proper refund. After some back and forth, they finally agreed. Honestly, this was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor, communication was chaotic, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this Domino’s outlet to anyone.

I had placed the order via Swiggy and the pizza that I received was dead cold. They said they’ll deliver by 30 mins but it took 1hr30mins. I tried contacting customer service both via Swiggy and contacted the shop directly but there was no response at all. I’m deeply disappointed by their service.
