Placed an order on 23rd Aug at 11:25pm, through the official dominos app. Showed 45 mins as waiting time. But its been 2 hours and its 1:15 am now, still not received the order. The delivery executive said another 20 mins and I had to cancel the order. The restaurant justified by saying we did not have enough delivery boys. I believe they should've mentioned that while ordering atleast i would have ordered for something else!! And the app is totally useless. Totally disappointed with the service !!

Orders are consistently delayed, and the management lacks professionalism and responsibility. They clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction.

We got their lunch feast; BBQ Pizza, Creamy Tomato Meltz, Crispy Veggie Bites, Pepsi, and a dessert item (Choco Bomb I guess). The dessert wasn't great, the pizza was okay, and the rest were decent too. Overall, it was just average, but for the price, it was fair enough.
