Received the pizza after 2 hours. Received a cold pizza after the wait. Tried multiple times to get the update of delivery but no one is answering the phone. After checking the reviews i got to know that this is the worst branch. If you can’t deliver on time, pls don’t accept the order. Very disappointed, never expected such poor service from dominos.

Worst experience ever from Domino’s Vytilla outlet. My order was delivered more than 1 hour late, even though I stay less than 1 km away. They promise 45 mins delivery, but after calling the store, they kept saying “it’s on the way,” and still took another 20 minutes to deliver. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was not even hot, clearly prepared much earlier and not fresh. There were no oregano or chilli flakes provided. To make things worse, the paneer parcel I ordered was packed in a Choco Lava Cake box with a spoon – totally unacceptable and unhygienic! This is the worst service I’ve ever had from Domino’s, and I feel completely cheated. Highly disappointed with the attitude and quality from this outlet.

Worst Experience with Domino’s – Vyttila Branch Ordered pizza via Swiggy from the Vyttila branch. The app mentioned a 20-minute wait time, but even after 45 minutes, the status still showed “Restaurant preparing food.” In total, it took around 1 hour 30 minutes for my order to arrive — and the delivery time was just 9 minutes. That means the restaurant spent well over an hour just to prepare a ₹199 order! Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. This was the worst service experience I’ve had with Domino’s. Would never recommend ordering from this outlet.

never have i had such a disappointing experience from dominos until now, not even with the other branches of dominos. The portion of the pizzas were extremely small (barely two bites big), the topping so scarce, and the lack of cheese with the dry crust (almost scraped my mouth) was so unfulfilling that i felt that i wasted my money.

After having pizza from domino's I was not feeling well and the outlet is not clean at all and AC was not on.
