Dine-in is ok. But if you choose home delivery, please be ready to eat cold pizza and dry pizza. Because they take around 1 hour to deliver around 4 kilometres in night time with no traffic.it only takes 15 minutes during traffic and less than 10 minutes during night time. When questioned about it, the delivery boy ( Mr. Ajin) told that he had multiple orders to deliver also and other silly excuses. Is this the 30 minute delivery guarantee? It's the second time I'm experiencing the worst service from Vytila outlet. Please try to keep punctuality.

Ordered via Swiggy. pathetic experience for the 2nd time.. ! First time everything was spoiled and non cooked. Today, second time...Ordered at 9pm. Received the order after 10.15pm. that too super cold pizza which nobody can eat. Very bad experience.

Worst kinda experience it was like sitting at a market place and eating. I think it was the delivery boys they were all shouting without showing a minimum civic sense and the cleanliness was shit
