Worst pizza i have ever had in Domino’s. Quality was horrible, service was 1 level up. Pizza was delivered after 1hr 40 mins. Obviously it was cold. I checked the reviews after tasting the pizza and there are multiple negative comments for this outlet. Will never ever order again. You guys have let domino’s down….

They brought it back two hours after giving it to me. It was in such a bad condition that I couldn't even bite it and couldn't eat it clean. It was a very bad situation.

I placed an order today (Nov 1) at 8:31 PM. The order status showed it was baking and would be delivered in about 9 minutes, so I waited. After nearly an hour with no update and no response from the store, a delivery person finally contacted me at 9:39 PM asking for my location. I sent it immediately and was told the order would reach me within 10 minutes. Another hour passed — no delivery, no response. By 10:00 PM, I had decided to cancel the order due to the ridiculous delay, Informed the delivery person that i want to cancel the order which he said that they won't be able to refund the money if i cancel the order, Eventually, the delivery person showed up at 10:10 PM claiming he was the only one working that night and not freaking empathy, the rudeness OMG! And what did I get after waiting almost two hours? A cold, disgusting pizza. This is absolutely unacceptable. Are you seriously running a scam here? I’ve never had such a terrible experience at any other outlet. This was by far the worst service and food quality I’ve ever encountered. I expect a full refund immediately for this cold, inedible mess you delivered.
