This is related to the above order number., I have ordered on 7.30 so far i did not received my order and no calls received from store that order getting delayed or cancelled. . And in the Domino's application says the item was delivered. When i called your store and the representative said there is an application issue and assured delivery as soon as possible. But i did not received any response from your team. Let me know what is the stand and response from a branded store. If your team knows that application issue and why dont they pick the call or respond to the customer

I had booked telephonically order 6 month back and enjoyed it. Today again I order Domino's Pizza through Swiggy and was waiting eagerly. After few minutes the delivery boy called and inform delivery is not possible in said address and called at location 400 meter away from my house which was not possible. The order was canceled. Now as order was cancelled, the amount must be refunded to my account but tactfully they put it in Domino's Wallet and refused to refund. Also informed that I have to use wallet amount in 15 days else it will be lapse Now I am hanging between Swiggy and Domino's. No food today

Good, tasty and affordable pizzas. Customer of dominos since 2011. Never liked any other pizzas except for pure italian
