When i went to this store, the person in the bill counter told me that there are loads of online order, it would take 45 mins to server the dine in orders, the entire shop was empty. If you are prioritising online orders, you could have started a cloud kitchen what is the point in having a dine-in store?

Today thaa first time pizza try panne . Order panni almost 15 minutes late ah thaa delivery pannanga . Corn flavour la pizza order pannirundhe combo ah coca cola and potato cutlet vandhuchu . Taste personaly enaku pidikave illa . Mattam ah irundhuchu. Mathapadi soldraku onnum illa .

Worst service ever ordered from app it has taken more than 1.30 hrs

We have ordered 7.10pm and the order was delivered at 8.50, it was supposed to reach before 7.40, half of the 6 in 1 pizza had only corn toppings in it , pizza was not hot and it was very dry with less topings, we were not able to eat and entire portion was thrown in dustbin. I was trying to reach Restaurant and the number was switch off and we are not able to reach customer care also. Delivery person was very rude. There is no option to give negative star or else i would have given minus 5.
