Very worst experience and very very disappointment

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas via Swiggy and I had to wait for around more than 2 hours. Atlast I was trying to cancel the order, but the app doesn't have an option to cancel. I tried to call the shop they won't pick up at all. Worst Customer service.

This Domino’s is a scam and lie to their customers. I ordered sourdough pesto veg pizza and it came 1hr 25mins later and was stone cold and dry as paper with zero pesto. After someone I get a call back from Domino’s asking me to come collect from store as delivery boy met with accident ( definitely false excuse) and when I clarified about my pizza being delivered late and stale she cut the call with a simple sorry and that’s all

I’m giving this Domino’s outlet 1 star because the experience has been consistently disappointing across multiple visits. Even when the shop looks completely empty, offline orders take 40–45 minutes or more. They clearly prioritize online orders and don’t inform walk-in customers about the actual wait time. As a customer inside the store, I expect faster service, not to sit blindly waiting while they process dozens of unseen online orders. They should either prioritize walk-ins or maintain a separate processing queue for online and offline orders and communicate realistic timing upfront. Cleanliness is also poor. Tables, handwash areas, and even the dining space often have food particles, spills, and leftover wrappers. I’ve had to ask them every time to clean a table before sitting, that’s the bare minimum standard any restaurant should maintain. On top of this, the staff tends to gather and talk loudly near the counter. It feels more like a crowded hangout spot for employees than a premium dining place. For the kind of pricing Domino’s charges (significantly higher than many restaurants), there should at least be a comfortable and peaceful environment for customers. Overall, this outlet seriously needs improvement in service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Hope the management takes immediate action.

Very worst service ever.. irresponsible staffs. Ordered pizzas at evening 9.00pm but they didn't respond properly and dragging the delivery. They didn't deliver the food even 12.pm. if they haven't had sufficient capabilities to deliver food then they shouldn't take orders.. simply wasted. My kids disappointed due their stupidness and lazzynes. I won't prefer Dominos Thudiyalur again.. WORST SERVICE WORST EVER
