My delivery experience was truly dreadful. 😩 I placed an order via the app, and despite being just 2km from my home, it took an hour to arrive. 🍕 The food quality was terrible, tasting stale. 👎 I do not recommend this place.

Worst pizza and Unhygienic. After ordering from Thudiyalur branch dominos lot of stomach issues and fever.

The store appeared quite untidy during my recent visit, and it was disappointing to see that the cleanliness and upkeep were not well maintained. A cleaner and more organized environment would greatly enhance the overall experience. I sincerely hope the team takes steps to improve hygiene and regular maintenance moving forward.

I visited this Domino’s outlet today and the hygiene inside was honestly shocking. The floor was visibly dirty, and the tables were unclean to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable eating there. The food prep area looked “somewhat” better than the seating area, but it still didn’t look clean enough to inspire confidence—especially when you start thinking about how regularly the oven, counters, and equipment are being maintained. This outlet really needs an immediate deep clean and stricter daily hygiene checks. If this isn’t addressed urgently, I may also escalate this to the local food safety/food inspector for inspection. Until then, I can’t recommend dining here, and I’m genuinely worried about food safety.

One of the worst serviced dominos outlets i have seen, we are big fan of dominoes. not a single online order of ours gets delivered on time, the tracking is a joke, which will keep updating later. Consistency award can be given for the unreliable delayed service.
