Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. I ordered the 6-in-1 Large Pizza online and what I received was shocking the pizza was not baked properly at all. The dough was raw in several places, toppings were soggy, and it was completely unfit to eat. I immediately reported the issue and even shared photos as proof, but nothing happened. No follow-up, no replacement, no apology absolutely zero accountability from the team. For a brand like Domino’s, this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable. If basic standards like proper baking and customer response are not taken seriously, it really makes customers lose trust. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so others don’t have to face such an experience.

Cold food received after almost 50 minutes. And when I called this guy said that we don't add chese in our garlic bread. Our garlic bread doesn't have cheese. The bread was not cooked.

I have Ordered Ultimate party feast through online dominos app , i have received the call that the order is ready so i have went to take the order the pizza was too big and i have asked carry bag because it was raining outside and cashier went and called another person who was sitting inside he came and he was rude and not even listening from my side of point and he cancelled the order without my knowledge and told to his staff to get take the order inside , one of the worst thing i have personally experienced in this place , do take necessary action against that person please
