I placed a pizza order today at 3:00 AM from the Domino’s outlet in saibaba colony, Coimbatore. Even after 1 hour, I still haven’t received my order. The estimated preparation and delivery time was supposed to be 30 to 35 minutes. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. If a restaurant cannot provide proper service, it’s better not to run it at all. I’ve ordered from Domino’s in Erode before, and they always offer prompt and good service. But this outlet has provided a very poor experience. Please take this feedback seriously and improve your service quality.

I recently came to Domino’s and asked for Capsicum & Red Paprika with Videshi Hot Sauce. Staff told me it’s only for lunch hours. What kind of service is this? If I order online after lunch time, will you send me empty box or what? Such a useless services.
