order got delivered couple of hours after and that too a misplaced/ incorrect order. Raised complaint in app. I received message like store tried contacting me to rectify my complaint. But in reality, no one contacted. The delivery partner said that he ran out of petrol. Think of the answer which they gave. Called delivery partner for wrong order. He pleaded not to complaint. Also, the store never answers your call. Infact, they hung up the receiver of the telephone, all the time that day. Worst experience. The pizza is pathetic too. 2hrs delayed pizza won't taste good.

Dominoz especially this branch is worst, we ordered the food online and took one and half hours to deliver, even our house is 3km away and yhere is no way to contact the current status of order, whenever we try to call the branch phone is not reachable..food delivered delayed and cold..and frustrating as delay is not communicated..overall never order pizza in this branch

Ordered and waiting for 2 hours for the delivery of pizza and still the delivery agent has not left the store

Ordered pizza meal, didn't received coke, have waited for 1.5 hrs for delivery. Delivery address is within the 3 km radius of the restaurant, they still took 1.5hrs to deliver the pizza. Apart from the above pizza is not at all good, received in dry and cool condition. So disappointed with dominos, won't even order further. Worst experience

Many things wrong here. -Floors not cleaned properly -Bathroom not proper, congested and is stinky -Seat arrangement planning isn’t good -pizza isn’t cooked properly -Not using gloves -Touching phone and then handling dough -Violated health codes -no parking -order was wrong -table not cleaned properly -ambience is not up to mark I want to build a Time Machine to travel back and choose a different place to eat dinner.
