Dear Domino’s Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order placed on 4th November 2025. During this order, I did not receive napkins, and the pizza was delivered cold. I am a student and a regular Domino’s customer, but this time I was extremely unhappy with the food quality and overall experience, especially after paying the full amount for the order. I also contacted your customer care and spoke with Ms. Smruti Naik, but the response I received was very unsatisfactory. She only said, “Sorry sir, it won’t happen again,” and offered no further help. Moreover, one of the staff members even said “Jo karna hai karo” (“Do whatever you want”), which I found very disrespectful and unprofessional — something I did not expect from a reputed brand like Domino’s. Previously, I had an issue for which I received a refund, and I appreciated the prompt support at that time. However, this time, the response and service were disappointing and not up to Domino’s usual standards. I sincerely request you to look into this matter seriously and provide a suitable resolution. Considering the inconvenience and poor experience, I would appreciate if you could offer a complimentary pizza or an appropriate gesture of goodwill. I hope Domino’s continues to value its loyal customers and ensures such service and behavior issues do not happen again. Thank you for your time and understanding.
