Worst pizza experience because never got to eat it. I ordered a pizza at 9.30 it was delivered after 1.5 hours of wait in which it showed that it was baked in an hour and took rider to deliver 45mins for the path of 5 minutes. I received it cold and in bad condition so I talked to manager to complain who offered me Rs 200 discount but what is the point if I can't get to eat it so he agreed to get them delivered again while they are still hot. He said it will be delivered within 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes with no call no message and no update on my app only showed that your order was undelivered so I ordered the same pizzas again it showed it will take about 40 minutes. 20 minutes later I recieved a call saying it will take more than 1 hour and that my previous undelivered order was cancelled I forgot again saying I have already been waiting for 2.5 hours and I have guests over. He said he will try to get it delivered as soon as possible and after waiting another 1 hour while my app showed 13 minutes whole time my order was cancelled by dominos. And worst part is they have no customer service

I ordered non-veg big 6 in 1 pizza and they have sent the whole pizza of same flavour instead of 6 different ones. This is the second time it has happened. Last time they delivered veg one instead of non veg. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform that the non veg one is out of stock and they’ll be sending a veg one. Even today, they just thought that sending a wrong order is better than confirming with the customer first and when I tried calling the store to inquire about it, the phone is busy since an hour. Edit- I just connected with the store and the domino’s executive abruptly ended the call in between the conversation and now they are not picking the call.

We have visited this store frequently before, but yester When we visited the store we find that the staff has completely changed and we gave our order to the person and he was not able to take it ( i suppose he wasn’t trained), we asked another person to take our order. It took 30 min to our order ( however they claim 30 min food delivery at home) and we are getting excuses for our order . After 30 min , finally we got our order but we ordered cheeseburst farmhouse but there was no cheese at all (you can see in attached images ) we raised our concern but they said its the same. We asked for client feedback form they didn't gave it. Manager didnt had time to entertain us he was busy in having paan . Also we ordered choco lava cake but we received brownie fantasy and after complain they said sorry and asked us to keep chocolava cake and brownie fantasy both

Very little to no cheese and this was not the first time happening in this outlet. Disappointed.

Ordered online- paneer tikka loaded garlic bread and pocket parcel. Both food items were worst that I was compelled to claim return. After a while dined in outlet where raised my concern beforehand and made them sure to prepare paneer tikka loaded garlic bread good, however the same was AGAIN DISSAPOINTING that I have to ask to replace. However, had to eat the replaced one, out of courtesy. But now compelling to lodge consumer complaint. Latter(online) it was whole filled with onion, pocket parcel hardly had stuffing [no paneer bad sauce(s)], SWEET in taste (just tasteless). This time (dine in)Onion was BITTER, size and quantity of onion was more than paneer that it was giving dominating taste, falsely claimed of putting cheese instead MAYO is put. WORTHLESS. SLOW SERVICE. Lot more to say.
