Dear Domino’s Team, I want to complain about the bad experience I had at your Sector 31, Faridabad outlet. First, I asked to order from the Pizza Mania menu, but the staff said it is only available online and not offline. So I agreed to order a different pizza. When I tried to pay online, they refused to accept online payment. I had no cash at that time, so I had to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw money and come back. Even after the order, they didn’t give me any bill or message. This kind of behavior is very disappointing and unprofessional. I request you to look into this issue and take proper action. Please also make sure your staff gives clear information and provides proper service to customers in the future.

I wish I could give negative for service. Very unresponsive and poor staff. Nobody would even bother to take your order even when you keep waiting at the counter for 10 mins to place an order. Pathetic service! And I can see so many negative reviews but still this store doesn't seem to have any improvement over so many months!! Really Dominos has gone below its standards and that's why Pizza Hut is more preferred now !
