It has happened with me twice. The lady at the counter gave me my order without billing, saying the billing system isn't accepting that perticular type of pizza, and later, refused to accept card or UPI, and insisted for cash. When I said I have no cash at all, she literally asked me to go to ATM next block, withdraw cash & give her, while simultaneously she was accepting online payment from other customers. It seems she's running personal business along with formal dominos orders.
