Unacceptable service and zero customer response from Domino’s Baga. Placed my order at 8:45 PM — the app first showed a 30-minute delivery, then changed to 45 minutes, and has been stuck at 20 minutes for over half an hour. It’s now been over an hour since I ordered, and there has been no update, no call, and no delivery. I called the store over 15 times, reached out to the online chat bot, and even raised a complaint on the toll-free number, yet no one responded. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand of Domino’s reputation. If Domino’s values its customers, this outlet urgently needs to be reviewed for poor management, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customer experience.
