Worst costumer service keep us waiting for 1 hour for pizza delivery

Dominos was supposed to be my go-to place for pizza, I don't think I'll be visiting Dominos again , today at this branch of dominos the customer service was pathetic and the cashier didn't had any knowledge, I was charged extra on which they did not accept their mistake and started arguing, Mr.Rajesh the manager doesn't fits in his job and is not eligible due to his abusive nature and not solving the problem neither apologized and when I said I'll be writing a review the manager said it will come to me do whatever you want which shows hi character. Truly disappointed.

Pathetic service by Staff. Mr Digamber and Mr Rajesh the manager. They didn't update the price on menu, and charged us as per the new rates without informing us. The fact that they didn't accept their mistake or try to rectify it, shows poor quality of management skills on the manager's end. Cashier didn't know anything, and had no explanation about change of prices in bill. Manager upon understanding their fault, neither did he give the money back at first nor did he even apologies for the mistake. Dominos, if you are reading this, just kow you lost your loyal customers today because of this pathetic treatment by employees at this branch. In general also the staff was rude and un-empathetic.

This stays open till 3 am which serves walk in customer, so it makes very convenient for a Place like Goa, to grab a late night Pizza
