Staff is absolutely terrible. After making us wait for nearly 15 mins, they said that there was nobody to place an order at the store and to place an order online. We’re unable to place to an order online because Dominos does not deliver at our location.

Our recent visit to Domino’s was quite disappointing. As soon as we entered and tried placing an order at the counter, we were told to use the app instead. The app, however, showed a 30-minute wait time, which was concerning since we had a flight to catch. When we asked for assistance, the staff member seemed unsure about a specific pizza we wanted and ultimately declined to take our order, suggesting we choose something else instead. What added to our frustration was seeing another customer walk in and get their order placed and served directly at the counter—something we were told wasn’t possible. When we pointed this out, the staff did not acknowledge the inconsistency or make an effort to assist us better. They appeared indifferent, even after we explained our time constraints. This level of service was disappointing and felt unprofessional. A little more clarity, consistency, and customer sensitivity would have gone a long way in improving our experience.

Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Service! Visited Domino’s recently and had a very poor experience. Despite waiting patiently, our order was outright denied and we were rudely told to order online. What’s worse – customers who came after us were served before us, without any issue. This is not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. If Domino’s wants to push online orders, that’s fine – but the least you can do is communicate it clearly and treat all customers equally. This kind of behavior shows poor service standards and a complete lack of accountability. Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t be visiting this outlet again.
