I want to give ZERO STAR but there’s no option. They are not even willing to modulate the AC even after repeated requests. They give silly excuses like ACs are under maintenance etc. during placement of order also they kind of loot people’s pockets. They have hidden charges on Combo meals and pressurise customers for extra cheese etc resulting in much costlier Bills than the prices quoted for combo meals written on their Menu cards. When I asked for Feedback Book, they said we don’t have any feedback book. Online Link will also come in 45 minutes. God knows weather that link will ever come or not, and if it ever comes will anybody be able to read it or not! This is the reason why tourism in Goa is dropping…. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.
