Guy at service desk (Atul) refused to honour the 30 rupee coupon code. Bill online was 570 and his showed 600. Tried to hassle me and not pay the 30rupee back and then tried to intimidate the delivery guy and said will have to pay out of pocket. Lame person for front service.

Staff behaviour is not nice.they are so unprofessional and all the table and floor was unclean really bad experience.

Had a poor experience with Domino’s today. My order arrived extremely late, and the pizza was cold and not fresh. The delivery tracking was inaccurate and customer support was unhelpful. Really disappointed with the manager and their service.

Such a horrible experience. I just ordered a pizza and asked a small query about my order, but the delivery boy harassed me and even threatened me, saying he would take revenge on me after leaving his job. He didn’t even deliver my pizza. Their manager was not available, and someone unauthorized picked up my call and spoke to me very rudely. I am extremely disappointed. I was a regular customer, but now I am afraid. Please take strict action.
