Worst pizza I ever had today. Test less I will not order pizza from Domino's again .it is totally west of money

I would have given zero stars if that was possible. I have had multiple scenarios where they failed to do their basic duty. Its like Dominos have forgotten that they have a chain here and now it is completely dominated by the employee. They take up order when they way, whatever they want and deliver at their own convenience. First time when i ordered, my ordered did not get delivered for 3 hours. Second time, i ordered my order was delivered after 1.5 hours of me followimg up with them. I was dumb to think it must be a bad day that this happened because all the other restras give impeccable services. To my surprise, same thing happened third time. I have raised complaint several times but looks like there is nothing that Dominos is doing to keep its going customers away. I have stopped ordering since then and opted for Pizza hut. Much better customer service.. Please avoid ordering if you are looking to eat your food within a hour from ordering.

Aprreciated Shubhash !!!! Am very thankful that you helped me out when customer call center couldn’t. Dominos should have more employees like you who understand customer problem and provide them best resolution .i have a wow experience just because of Shubhash . I don’t know in which sector he is 39 or 45 of Gurgaon . Domino’s I must say he’s a gem of person.

Bullshit service. The last 5 orders have been faulty, either they take payment and don't deliver, or the items in the order are always missing, had to take my car there in the middle of the night at 3am since they did not have delivery boys. Garlic bread missing in the order, the delivery boy promised to get it. 45 mins later I call him, he told me that he is not coming. Will never order dominos again from this outlet, absolutely ridiculous!
