FRAUD ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN THE ORDER. THE DELIVERY PARTNER FOUGHT WITH ME FOR 15 MINS ARGUING HE WASN'T ALLOWED TO DELIVER ON THE THIRD FLOOR WHILE ASKING ME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER ON THE SECOND FLOOR. I WAS NOT ABLE TO MOVE OUT WHICH IS WHY I HAD ORDERED FROM ZOMATO IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE DELIVERY GUY ALSO ADDED THE CLAIMED "STORE MANAGER" TO THE CALL WHO KEPT INSISTING ON COLLECTING THE ORDER ON THE SECOND FLOOR. HE ASKED ME TO TAKE A REFUND AND GET THE ORDER CANCELLED TO WHICH I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO AGREE. HE WAS REFUNDING THE MONEY IN MY DOMINO'S WALLET. I ASKED HIM TO REFUND IN MY SOURCE ACCOUNT. FEW SECONDS LATER, THE ORDER IS MARKED DELIVERED. IS THIS FOR REAL???????????? FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THIS FALLS UNDER THE JUSRISDICTION OF CONSUMER COURT WITH THE AVAILABLE RECORDS (ATTACHED) AND CALL RECORDINGS.

The pizza we received from Cyber Park was extremely bad. We had ordered three capsicum pizzas, but when we complained, the staff's behavior was appalling. They told us not to order from there again, saying "If you want to eat, eat it, otherwise don't." They even had the audacity to say we could complain wherever we wanted, implying we were afraid of no one. Doesn't Domino's train its staff on how to handle customer complaints? We're paying customers, not eating for free. Domino's should ensure pizzas are made properly and fire staff who can't handle their job.😡😡😡😡😡
