I have ordered 3 pizza's on 10/9/2025. The staff has charge charge me 2 time for carry bag charge and she just provide me only 1 bag and asked me to adjust i have asked for return but she didn't gave the return. And the manager and Billing staff take payment of 12 rupees for 5 ketchup and the were seemed to be favoring another customer by offering them free ketchup, while denying me the same. I found this behavior not only unprofessional but also biased. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. The staff's attitude and actions made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Worst service I wil never visited dominos on airia mall

This outlets staff doesn't have sense to speak, in my application it was showing order is on the way when I called rider he said its getting packed. When I called store there was lady Khushi she disconnected the call. Really pathetic
