Very disappointed with my recent experience at Domino’s. The pizza was not up to standard – it tasted stale and lacked freshness. On top of that, the service was extremely poor. All staff member, and one Mr. Saurav, he said is manager of the store, was especially rude and unprofessional in his behavior. When I raised a concern, instead of helping, he responded very rudely. This is not the kind of service you expect from a well-known brand like Domino’s. Definitely not ordering again from this branch unless they seriously improve their food quality and staff attitude.

I recently visited Domino’s Pizza, Sector 15, and had a very disappointing experience. We placed an order but were served the wrong pizza. When we pointed it out, instead of resolving the issue politely, the staff along with the manager (Mr. Saurabh) started arguing and misbehaving with us. This kind of unprofessional and rude behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Domino’s. I strongly request action against this outlet and caution other customers to be careful while visiting this branch.

I ordered cheeze corn pizza, chicken tacos for take away and 1 mex green piza for dine in. First they gave me other veg order in place of chicken tacos.. later they realised it n took that order n made me to wait another 30 mins to give me my order. And at home when i opened chicken tacos pack i found 2 pc of this ..
