Horrible experience!! The pizza they serve is uncooked. And after complaining and showing the picture the staff had the audacity to fight that this is how the pizza is supposed to be.

I have ordered Pizza, since 2 hrs pizza not received. Phone calls not answered. Visited store to get the order after two hours of waiting. Received pizza Ice cold and poor quality. Worst ever experience one could have for the food. So unprofessional. I don't recommend dominos anymore

Unprofessional:Alert for Domino’s Pizza, Sector 15 Part 2, Gurgaon. We ordered a pizza from the Domino’s app — they accepted it and then randomly cancelled it without any prior notice. Tried calling customer care, no response. Booked again through Swiggy — Domino’s accepted and again cancelled without informing. When we called the branch, they gave a lame excuse about a “150-pizza bulk order.” Were they expecting a big round of applause from us? They made us wait for almost 1.5 hours and then cancelled the order twice, that too without a single apology. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
