i have order one pizza for which i had to wait for more than 2 hours. and after calling on their support line i have recieved and order cancellation as an answer. Because of which the store people had to face a bad review from my side from their support team. then i got a call from a person named "Payal"... Oh God!! worst experience on the call ever i would say... she was sooo rude! so arrogant as instead of apologizing for the inconvenience which i had to face. she arrogantly said "we have cancelled your order and you will recieve the refund" putting a bad review is not something you've done right... what is our fault ? if you couldn't get the delivery on time? then she started aruguing with me and tried to forced me to delete that feedback. i mean are you being serious??? Do you really handle your customers this way? just because its a big brand so no one would do anything about it??? Payal you really need to work on your tone for real. it was seriously the worst experience ever. never going to order again from this store never.

They have just renewed their ambiance and it is now much better than before, neat and clean. Pinky at service as hostess is amazing and very courteous she helped us with a few extra things. Pizza was Amazing had veg extracaganza with cheese burst.. Must visit this outlet now

The outlet is nice and comfortable. We ordered capsicum+ paneer pizza, along with garlic bread and pepsi combo. I paid around 300+ bucks for this. The cheese was of superior quality, cheese strings made me so happy 😍. This is one of the outlets you must visit.
