The employees are rude and useless. There was a long queue of customers with only one register and the cashier was very ill-mannered. Tried to order something and he straight up ignored to take order of the guy who came after me. That guy happened to be the employee of bank next door and was a friend of cashier, as clearly could be seen by their conversation. Rest of the staff was busy doing a “meeting” cuz apparently that’s more important than customers. The entire staff was just loitering and had no intentions of working. This was a sad and upsetting experience. On top of that, when an older lady tried to complain, the staff was rude and aggressive towards her and gave hand gestures. That made me change my decision to re-visit this place ever again. I will be reporting this to the chain at website. You lost a loyal customer because of your impolite and useless staff. I bet this chain will close soon if they keep going like this.
