This store gives me gitters whenever I go to order. 1. There is noone to take orders. After 5 odd minutes, someone tells to order using vending machine. 2. The vending machine is super slow and screen remains blank for a while. I have noticed one more customer waiting for a while before she lost patience to check at the counter. 3. After ordering from the vending machine, they discuss and inform me after couple of minutes that the item is out of stock and rarely comes and asks me to choose something else. 4. While thinking about choosing whatelse can be ordered as there is no refund, they tell me that the original product can be provided This is not first time experience. I had other experiences with the same store. The billing is wrong most of the times where they claim that they didn't bill for a certain item or select an item that is higher priced than the one you order. If ordering at the counter, get the bill for sure (though they won't give it till the product is ready).

Order no. - 335 Order was placed at 10:18 pm. Order was delivered at 12:18 when i was already asleep.
