Dominos driver rear ended my vehicle out of the blue at a routine stop. And upon passing for repairs they delayed the resolution and deferred to the managerial chain. After pushing them for hours the regional manager asked for a lengthy resolution process which hasn’t shown any results. Dominos is an unethical and unaccountable company with very dubious hiring practices. They hired the delivery driver without license. He admitted he wasn’t vetted or trained to make deliveries. The branch refused to show his license and were extremely difficult to reason with. Dominos has had multiple such incidents in Guwahati and have contributed to putting the average persons life in danger on the streets in the name of quick delivery.

The worst branch of Dominos in town… placed an online order yesterday for which I had to wait for more than an hour just to get the delivery.. when food arrived… It was cold , stale… Just threw them all in the trash can…. Total irresponsible Staff… Awful experience.
