Terrible experience – Avoid this outlet! During our visit to Domino’s City Centre Gwalior, the staff behaved very rudely and inappropriately toward a child and women in our group. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone from a reputed brand like Domino’s. No apology or accountability was shown. Such treatment ruined our outing and left us shocked. ⚠️ Strongly advise others NOT to visit this outlet until proper action is taken and the staff is trained to respect customers. Domino’s must take this seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen to other families.

Extremely disappointed and shocked by the behavior of the staff at Domino’s, City Centre, Gwalior. During our recent visit, the staff was not only rude but showed clear misbehavior towards a child and the ladies in our group. Such unprofessional and disrespectful conduct is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a family-friendly restaurant. We expect better from a reputed brand like Domino’s. Immediate action should be taken against such behavior to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at Domino's in City Centre, Gwalior. The staff behaved very rudely, especially toward women and children. We felt uncomfortable and disrespected throughout our visit. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a family-friendly restaurant. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff. I won’t be visiting this branch again unless they make serious improvements

Seem to be using fake cheese. Shitty delivery. I received the the pizza with separate layers. Pizza paneer had hardly any paneer. Garlic bread had no seasoning and thus, no taste.
