Stop fooling customers to fulfill your targets of tomato ketchup sachet. Doesn't matter if it costs 2 Rs, but the staff should clearly communicate regarding that. At this particular store, I asked for the receipt, instead they gave me token, upon recieving the receipt I asked for clarification regarding extra 1.90 tagged as sachet sachet to which the cashier arrogantly replied that she'll return 2 rs. Even after charging, she didn't added the ketchup. Matter is not money, but it is the experience you provide. Also, another important thing, I asked for a bag, the cashier asked me to pay in cash or to personal upi number, which seemed very unprofessional for a franchise like Dominos. I didn't receive the receipt of that as well, and I am not even sure if it costs Rs. 10 for a paper bag. With prices higher than Dominos Australia, Dominos India should atleast work on customer experience. Pathetic! Store: Dominos city centre, time stamp : 10 nov 25, 7:18PM.

This branch of dominos also does scam. Visited 2-3 times, once they said all computer are down so u need to order 100rupees meal for 150 on app. Everytime u order a meal, they refuse to give the non veg option ( making excuses like not available idk how, etc) Bad experience

The riders can't even deliver the order to your current location instead u have to go 10-15 min away from ur home just to pick up the order which u have asked clearly for home delivery what's this type of behavior done by dominos
