To order pizza one has to wait for a long time at the counter or the staff does not listen, the service was completely rubbish, the table was not clean, even after informing the staff they do not clean it, I would never like to go there again or I will tell everyone here that I will go to some other restaurant for pizza but will not go to Domino's Hajipur, thank you. Note:- I would like to request the management there that they need to keep a closer eye on the staff, thank you

"I visited your outlet to order a pizza, but I was informed that the required ingredients were unavailable, they said that after 3pm you can not order the pizza mania items this is the new rule told by the staffs and manager also after that when i ordered something else then the card payments were not being accepted. This caused inconvenience, really disappointed, when i asked all of them to give me the feedback book i want to write they told me there is no any feedback book but i see there was book this behaviours was really bad. Domino’s is a profitable business in India and provides good service, but they only care about making money and think customers are fools. They don’t value their customers at all. When you ask why the AC isn’t on, they say there’s no electricity. They think customers are idiots. This happens every time at the Domino’s in Hajipur, Bihar whenever you ask why the AC isn’t working, their answer is always, “There’s a power cut.” What a great excuse!

The staff is very rude and the service is not good, and there is no cleaning. The air conditioner is also not working.

A/C not working, Feel like 50 degree calcium in side the outlate and 3 times said for clean table but Utility staff operate cash counter and always busy on mobile. no one responsible for that.
