My pizza experience was honestly the worst today. I’m from Holenarsipura and was travelling to Udupi by train. Pizza is not just food for me — it’s an emotion and my favourite dish. After reaching Hassan, I placed my pizza order at 9:04 PM with the 30-minute delivery guarantee, which clearly meant it should have reached me by 9:44 PM. My train (Bengaluru to Karwar – 16595) arrived at 9:45 PM and departed at 9:50 PM. But the pizza never came on time. At the end, I had to send it to my brother’s home instead of enjoying it myself on the journey. What hurts the most is that I hadn’t had dinner because I planned to enjoy my pizza on the train. Now, I have to wait till I reach Udupi — tomorrow morning at 5 AM — to eat something. This really made me feel bad. When a customer trusts the 30-minute promise, it should be fulfilled. Poor delivery management can ruin someone’s happy moment. Please value customer time and emotion. Order ID: 243
