Very poor hygiene (Dining tables, Toilet and wash basin) Mediocre quality of pizzas compared to Bangalore city domino standard AC does not work. Switched on upon request

I ordered 5 mania on 27/03/2025 while I was traveling from Bangalore to Udupi. Hassan was the only option for me to order a pizza. Found 2 live cockroach a topping on my pizza. Sadly don't have a picture it ran away as soon as I opened the box. Where is the hygiene maintained? Do you guys really care for the food being delivered? How can a cockroach be inside the box ?
