I don't know May be it is coincidence but my experience with hisar outlet was worst. First I ordered from dominos app after 15 minutes I got message that my order was cancelled. After that i ordered from Zomato and after 30 minutes I got call from staff members that we don't have dilevery man right now so you have to wait bit more. I waited for 20 more minutes. After that again they call but that time I take wishe step to cancel and order from another store. I really disappointed from Dominos. Please take appropriate action to improve your service so I need not to write such things again.

The rider reached after 30 minutes but he has made it look like he has reached already in 30 minutes. I've been seeing these kinds of things from a long time but I didn't raise my concern. Even when I asked the rider about this thing he said that you won't receive any refund and was saying do what you can. So here I'm writing this review to bring in to your notice about this concern. Although the rider was far away when it showed me that he has reached the location but came late.

There is no hygiene at all, mosquitoes and flies are flying around the cooking area

Very disappointing experience. The washroom was unhygienic and had no water, which is completely unacceptable for a food establishment. This is by far the worst Domino’s outlet I’ve visited. Basic cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority — clearly, it's not being maintained here.
