The service was disappointing. I was promised that order will be served in 15 mins, but the order was delayed by 40 mins. Despite the “30 minutes or free” policy, server Osmita Mukerjee showed no concern, offered no apology, and denied a refund. Very poor experience overall. Also no napkins, dirty tables. I won’t recommend others to visit this Dominos, Uttarpara especially.

They focus more on the online orders rather than dine in orders. Take much time go deliver the food. The menu is oudated many pizzas are there in menu but not available at any time. Desserts are present in the menu but not in the store. Not a good experience at all we are there with 15 members. No starter available in veg. Cold drinks unlimited is present in menu but not available. Whatever we ask for not there. This is all there in the uttarpara branch.
