Worst service. The manager had an extremely arrogant nature and denied to turn on any cooling device. Though the temperatute outside was more than 40° C . We were a group of people who requested several times to turn on the ac but they just denied it and said that the ac would start after a hour or two.

I recently placed an order from Zomato for Dominos Dobson Road. This was an prepaid order placed at 8:10 the store mobile number was switched called several times but no response, nether the dominos chat bot was replying. Dominos deliver is managed by dominos itself. The delivery boy called me at 10:30 asking for the address. I asked to take it back. He replied its not my fault please talk to the manager. The manager behaviour was so rude and unprofessional. Pathetic experience for sure not going to order again. Its a lesson.

Overall, my experience at the Dobson Road branch of Domino's was the worst I've ever had at any Domino's location. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of both their pizza and service. Until then, I'll be hesitant to return to this particular branch.
