Disgusting and pathetic service dìd t get what we ordered delivery boy was arrogant says he doesn't even know what he brought. Customer service only gave one reference no and that is of no use. Do not order go to pizzahut or la Pinos instead better quality and service

The most pathetic staff, unorganised, no clue of the orders. Most of the time the items are not available listed in the menu. Always delayed. An order that has to reach within 15mins takes over 1hr 10mins. Unprofessional staff. Dominos is losing its quality day by day. Worst experience ever.

Ordered through Swiggy from dominoz, there is no solution assistance, waste of time no support team to guide no toll free number working no store contact available online.. it’s allowing to place orders still and even accepting payments also after 11PM but there is no hope of delivery or refund. Worst service.. even Swiggy customer executives could not help because dominoz delivers by its own agents and own assistance team.

I never seen worst service like this . I placed order in Domino's app I Wait more than 1 hour for delivery At night 1:30 am . After waiting 1 hour , order was directly cancelled. Such worst worst service . We placed order because of hungry. And we waiting for more than 1 hour . I'm never going to use again in my life . I will refer to my relatives and my friends to not use dominos again
