By mistake we ordered to our old address which is in the next Street. Immediately we realised our mistake and called the store manager to deliver it to new address. Hello was not even bothered to listen us, he asked to say it to delivery boy. He didn't even have sense that by switching places pizza will get cold. He finally didn't listen to us and waiting for the delivery boy to call us. Delivery boy called us and when we told him to deliver them to new address he asked us to pay extra telling that it will cost him more. How come it will cost more if he has to delivery to next Street? We shared him the new address, but he was frustrated and was telling that he don't knew the address and asked us to pick it from old address. Unfortunately we are out side and we order it for our parents at home. He was little rude and some how he delivered cold pizza to my parents. Worst customer treatment

I have ordered a pizza and haven't delivered for more than 1 hr, I tried contacting the store, but it says switch off, i tried contacting customer care, it's of no use. And I also visited this place it's really very dirty, the staff are so rude, there's leftover food everywhere. Not expecting this from dominos.

Not a worthy place to order from, delivery guys and store manager is so so so rude, her behaviour is not so polite with the customers, they are not at ready to listen to the customers..
